Data protection conditions
A responsible processor of personal data of the online store mda-test.com (hereinafter the Online Store) is CELVIA CC AS, registry code 11673707, business address Teaduspargi 13, Tartu 50411, Estonia (hereinafter the Service Provider).
Which personal data is processed
- customer name, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address (including city and postal code);
- bank account number;
- cost of services and data related to payments (purchase history)
- IP-address
For what purpose the personal data is processed
Personal data is used to manage customer orders, deliver the sampling kit required for the service, and to provide the service.
Purchase history data (date of purchase, service, quantity, customer data) is used to create an overview of the purchased services, analyze customer preferences, and for the purpose of resolving consumer disputes.
The bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.
Personal data, such as e-mail, phone number and customer name, is processed in order to solve questions related to the provision of services (customer support). E-mail is also used to send invoices and service results, and the phone number is used to inform customer about delivery arrival at the parcel machine.
The online store user’s IP address or other network identifiers are processed for the provision of the online store as an information society service and for online usage statistics.
Legal basis
Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with the customer (management of customer orders, delivery of the sampling kit).
Personal data is processed to fulfill a legal obligation (e.g. accounting).
To whom the personal data is transferred
The name, phone number and e-mail address will be forwarded to the transport service provider chosen by the customer.
Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers, if it is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting.
Security and data access
All personal data of the customer, that become known during the visit to the Online Store and purchases, is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and bank details.
Access to personal data is available to the employees of the online store, who can consult the personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store, and to provide customer support service.
The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure. Data exchange with the Online Store is carried out via an encrypted connection (SSL).
Transfer of personal data from authorized processors of the online store to recipients (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) takes place on the basis of contracts concluded with the online store and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures in the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Viewing and correcting personal data
Personal data can be viewed and corrected through customer support. If the request for access to personal data is submitted electronically, the information is also submitted via commonly used electronic means.
Withdrawal of consent
If processing of personal data takes place on the basis of customer’s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying customer support by e-mail.
Storage
In case of payment disputes and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or the expiry period ends.
Personal data contained in the original accounting documents is stored for seven years.
Restriction
The customer has the right to request restriction of processing their personal data if the data is incorrect or incomplete, or their personal data is processed illegally.
Objections
The customer has the right to object to the processing of their personal data if they have a reason to believe that there is no legal basis for processing their personal data.
Deletion
To delete personal data, contact us by e-mail ([email protected]). The deletion request will be answered no later than within a month, and the data deletion period will be specified. In response to the request, the personal data that will not be deleted, and on what legal basis and reason, will be highlighted.
Transfer
The request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support detects the identity and informs about the personal data that is subject to transfer.

Validity of the sales contract and price information
The Online Store terms of sale regulate the legal relationships between the person who made a purchase in the Online Store (hereinafter the Customer) and the owner of the Online Store, when purchasing the service for performing tests in the Online Store (hereinafter the Service).
Before the purchase and sale transaction, the Customer confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions of the sale, agrees to fulfill and comply with them, and considers them as binding conditions for the transaction concluded with the Online Store. A Customer who does not agree to the terms of sale cannot perform a purchase and sale transaction in the Online Store.
The price shown for the Service in the Online Store applies to the Service sold in the Online Store.
The Service price is presented in euros and includes 22% VAT. If the VAT rate changes, the Service price will be adjusted by the change in the VAT rate.
The Service price includes the fee for the delivery of the sampling kit necessary for the Service and the return of the sample material, if the Customer has chosen a parcel machine as the method of delivery.
The Customer is obliged to pay for the Service according to the current price.
In the Online Store, it is possible to pay for the Service using the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop). The responsible processor of personal data is the Service Provider, who transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor, that is Maksekeskus AS (www.maksekeskus.ee).
Information about the Service is provided in the Online Store directly next to the Service.
Checkout
To order a Service, the requested Service must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you need to fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the sampling kit. The Service fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or using another payment method.
The contract shall take effect upon the amount due is received to the bank account of the Online Store.
Filling an order
The sampling kit of the ordered Service is sent to the Customer at the parcel machine according to the selection made by the Customer in the Online Store.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination selected by the Customer within 3-7 working days upon the sales contract has taken effect.
The Customer will be notified of the receipt of the sample material by sending confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address. Time performing the Service is described at the Online Store next to the Service. Time is counted from the arrival of the sample material to the Service Provider’s laboratory.
The performance of the Service is considered complete when the Service result has been sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to cancel the Service order before the sample material reaches to Service Provider’s laboratory. In this case, the Service Provider will return 100% of the Service cost to the Customer’s bank account specified by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the cancellation request to the Online Store’s e-mail address.
To cancel the Service order, the Customer sends the cancellation request in writing to the e-mail address [email protected]
In case the Customer cancels the order while sampling kits have been sent to the Customer, the Service Provider will refund 75% of the Service cost to the bank account specified by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the cancellation request to the Online Store’s e-mail address.
The Customer can opt out of receiving the results by notifying the Service Provider in writing ([email protected]) before the results are issued. Opting out of receiving the results does not give the Customer the right to claim back the fee paid for the Service.
Dispute solving
If the Customer has claims regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address [email protected].
If the Customer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the Customer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The Customer can turn to the platform that resolves consumer disputes in the European Union.
