General and Sales Terms
The owner of the online store mda-test.com (hereinafter the Online Store) is Tervisetechnologiate Arenduskeskus AS, registry code 11673707, business address Teadusparki 13, Tartu 50411, Estonia (hereinafter the Service Provider).
Validity of the sales contract and price information
These Terms of Sale of the Online Store regulate the legal relations arising between the person who made a purchase in the Online Store (hereinafter the Buyer) and the owner of the Online Store when purchasing the service for performing tests in the Online Store (hereinafter the Service).
Before carrying out the purchase-sale transaction, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Terms and Conditions of Sale, agrees to fulfill and follow them, and treats them as binding conditions for the transaction concluded with the Online Store. A Buyer who does not agree to the terms of sale cannot perform a purchase-sale transaction in the Online Store.
The price shown for the Service in the Online Store applies to the Service sold in the Online Store.
The price of the service is presented in euros and includes VAT 20%. If the VAT rate changes, the price of the Service will be adjusted by the change in the VAT rate.
The price of the service includes the fee for the delivery of the sampling set necessary for the provision of the service to the buyer and the return of the sample material, if the buyer has chosen a parcel machine as the delivery method.
The buyer undertakes to pay for the Service according to the current price. It is possible to pay for the Service in the online store using the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop). The responsible processor of personal data is the Service Provider, which transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor, which is Maksekeskus AS (www.maksekeskus.ee).
Information about the Service is provided in the Online Store directly next to the Service.
Forming the order
To order a service, you must add the desired Service to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the sampling kit. The amount of the Service fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution.
The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the online store’s current account.
Order fulfillment
The ordered Service sampling set is sent to the Buyer at the parcel machine according to the selection made by the Buyer in the Online Store.
Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
The Buyer will be notified of the receipt of the sample material by sending a confirmation to the Buyer’s e-mail address. The time required to perform the service is described in the Online Store under the Service, the time is calculated from the time the sample material arrives at the Service Provider’s laboratory.
The performance of the Service is considered completed when the result of the Service has been sent to the Buyer’s e-mail address.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to cancel the Service order before the sample material arrives at the Service Provider’s laboratory. In this case, the Service Provider will return 100% of the cost of the Service to the Buyer’s bank account within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the cancellation request to the Webshop’s e-mail address.
To cancel the order for the service, the Buyer sends the cancellation request in writing to the e-mail address [email protected]
In the event that the Buyer cancels the order while the sampling sets have been sent to the Buyer, the Service Provider will refund 75% of the Service cost to the bank account specified by the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the cancellation request to the Online Store’s e-mail address.
The buyer has the right to opt out of receiving the results by notifying the Service Provider in writing ([email protected]) before the results are issued. Waiver of learning the results does not give the Buyer the right to claim back the amount paid for the Service.
Dispute Resolution
If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address [email protected].
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
The buyer can turn to the European Union consumer dispute resolution platform.
